The default units for volume are measuredin cubic millimeters or cubic inches. For users who prefer to have the volumemeasured in liters or quarts, they can change this setting in the Solid EdgeOptions dialog.

The default units for volume are measured in cubic millimeters or cubic inches. For users who prefer to have the volume measured in liters or quarts, they can change this setting in the Solid EdgeOptions dialog. To do this, use the following steps:

1.       Open Solid Edge Options and select the Units tab.

2.       Scroll down to the Derived Units table and click in the value cell beside the Volume entry.

3.       Select the desired unit value from the pull-down list.

Note: You can change these units for any of the named Units.

Note: If you make these changes in your templates, the new values will become the default when you use your templates.
